Miracle Movers, LLC. DOES NOT offer refunds for services. Clients are responsible for checking for any damages before workers leave the jobsite. Any damages cited will be reported to management immediately and the matter will be resolved while workers are on the jobsite. If workers are responsible for damages, client will receive a discounted rate for services which will be litigated between management and the client before workers leave the jobsite. In the case where movers are only loading, client is responsible for checking the truck to make sure they are comfortable with the way the truck was packed. In the case where there are damages cited on the jobsite, and the client is not pleased with the discounted rate for reparations, client will be responsible for filing a claim with the courts for any further reparations. If the courts find that Miracle Movers, LLC. is not responsible for damages, client will be responsible for legal fees and court fees.
